Matthew Stanley’s law practice focuses on resolving IRS and state tax problems. He represents businesses, individuals and estates who have disagreements with the IRS or a state tax agency, who may be subject to a tax-related fraud/criminal investigation, or who may owe tax, interest and penalties and want to settle or otherwise reduce the debt. Over time, tax clients have asked him to respond to government agencies who are attempting to enforce non-tax rules and regulations.
